The Culinary Education Forum (CEF) is dedicated to standardizing culinary education and syllabi in Nigerian culinary schools.
Recognizing the absence of a unified syllabus, CEF aims to develop and present a comprehensive syllabus to schools, incorporating input from key stakeholders,
including school owners, administrators, and tutors.
This standardized syllabus will serve as the foundation for the CAPA certification exam, enabling the profession to establish a benchmark for
excellence and ultimately drive improvements in remuneration.
