Go to form PageCAPA will review your pre-application then respond to your mail with registration form. You shall then proceed to complete the form and send back to CAPA. CAPA shall confirm all neccessary information on the form then reply with either an application query, approval or disapproval mail. Until your application is successful
Upload formUpon successful application, An Application fee shall be paid into CAPA's only official Bank Account using your Phone number as Payment Reference. Once your application is succesful, you shall be sheduled for an orientation meeting, after which your membership Certificate, ID and Starter Pack (where applicable) shall be handed over.
